To provide exceptional brokerage services to our agents so that they, in turn, have the support and tools necessary to provide outstanding service to their clients.
Principles
The agent is our customer. While our success, ultimately, will be defined by the satisfaction of our buyers and sellers, our primary daily focus is on satisfying the needs of our agents. At RE/MAX Real Estate Center you will find no inflexible rules and policies designed to protect a large impersonal corporation. The focus is on the agent and every aspect of what they do.
We look for win-win solutions. Our experience has taught us that 90+% of what would appear to be contentious circumstances can be resolved with a win-win solution. We spend a great deal of time working toward such win-win solutions and, by applying our skills in real estate, law and business, have become very adept at achieving them.
Aggressive support of our agents and their clients. If we find ourselves in the rare situation that cannot be resolved with a win-win solution then we are prepared to aggressively pursue our clients’ rights using all legal tools and rights available to us.
