After meeting with Eirik Olsen, I was struck by the fact that he referred to the agents in the office as “his clients”. He is here to support all of us. It didn't take long in the real estate business for me to figure out the value of building a business by referral. I like Eirik’s solid business sense. When I have question about a technical issue he’ll research the answer if he doesn’t know right away. And, I really appreciate his sincerity.
